Tablebond Group Inc., the operator of Catchin' Up Pub (Jupiter Street and San Antonio Place), respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Effective 1 October 2026.
1. What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and email
- Booking details: branch, date, time, number of guests, occasion and special requests
- The messages you send us on our official pages and numbers
- Proof of payment, if a down payment is required for your booking
We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information or bank account details.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries
- To make, confirm, change or cancel your reservation or event
- To verify down payments and contact you about your booking
- To keep the business and tax records we are required to keep by law
We will not use your information for promotions unless you agree to receive them.
3. Who can see it
- Authorised Tablebond personnel who handle enquiries and reservations, including branch staff preparing for your visit
- The messaging platforms you contact us through (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Viber), under their own privacy policies
- Banks or e-wallet providers, only to process your payment
We do not sell your personal information or share it with anyone else, unless required by law.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry and reservation records are kept for up to one (1) year after your booking date. Payment records are kept only as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, they are securely deleted.
5. How we protect it
Access is limited to authorised personnel bound to keep it confidential. Our systems are protected with passwords and two-factor authentication, and we review who has access regularly.
6. Your rights
- Be informed about how your information is used
- Access your information and ask us to correct it
- Object to its use, or ask us to delete or block it
- Receive a copy of your information in a usable format
- Be compensated for damages caused by misuse of your information
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph)
